Hanging the Bunting

Each length has a long tie at each end and is concertina folded to enable you to unfold the bunting as you hang it.

You can also use pegs, masking tape, metal ties - anything that won't damage or mark the bunting.

Guidelines on how to pack and return the bunting will be provided with each hire and following them will ensure a full refund of your deposit. We would only consider using a deposit if we had to replace any of the bunting which had been damaged, permanently stained or if the bunting had been cut.

We ask you to use and return the bunting in the same condition that you would wish to receive it for your own special event.

Terms and Conditions

Bunting can be collected from and returned to Bright Bird Bunting in Hellingly, East Sussex free of charge. If this is not convenient carriage is chargeable depending on the amount ordered.

The hired bunting will be sent to you either by Royal Mail's Special Delivery next day service or hand delivered by Bright Bird Bunting.

Bunting is to be returned to Bright Bird Bunting on or before the agreed return date, as specified in the order confirmation email from Bright Bird Bunting.

The hired bunting is to be returned to Bright Bird Bunting using the pre-paid postage bag provided or in person to Bright Bird Bunting.

Proof of postage is to be obtained and retained by the person responsible for returning the bunting to Bright Bird Bunting. The method of return delivery is to be agreed in advance with Bright Bird Bunting.

Bright Bird Bunting customers are required to pay a refundable deposit by cheque at the time of placing the order. The deposit is charged at £2.00 per metre of bunting hired and will be refunded in full upon the return of the bunting to Bright Bird Bunting, in the pre-paid postage bag, on or before the return date agreed at the time of placing the order and in the condition in which it was received.

All bespoke and personalised bunting orders are unique and are developed by communication between Bright Bird Bunting and the customer. Accordingly we will advise of the anticipated delivery day once the order details have been agreed. Bright Bird Bunting will endeavour to meet customer deadlines wherever possible.
